The property market in Central Scotland is still experiencing rising prices, with detached houses and new builds leading the price hike.
While buyer demand has been declining for the 16th consecutive month, there continues to be a persistent shortage of properties available in the Central Scotland market.
We saw a slight slowdown in the property market in the Stirling area in July, which is to be expected during summer holiday season.
The property market in the Stirling area has been buoyant in the last few weeks, as we would normally expect at this time of year.
