Book your valuation for any date in February and you won’t have to pay any upfront fees.
Normally you’d pay £800 – £1000 to put your property on the market, including a home report, but if we value your house during February you can start the process with no upfront costs – only paying once your house is sold.

As well as our own website, we work with a range of key sales portals. We’re happy to undertake viewings on your behalf or you can do them independently, it’s entirely up to you.

We can arrange a time that suits you to conduct the valuation. We will send you a video talking through the process before your visit so you recognise us and know what to expect.
The process should take around 30 minutes. Following
this we will provide you with our estimated value.
