We hope you and your family are keeping fit and healthy. We completely understand the concerns and anxieties a lot of our clients are experiencing right now due to coronavirus and we wanted to drop you a line to let you know what we’re doing in the firm to protect you.

First of all – we are still open for business and will continue to be so. Our offices may be closed but we are still available through all normal contact methods.

As you will be aware we are in the midst of a pandemic outbreak of the highly infectious disease COVID-19. The outbreak in the UK now seems to be taking hold and all the news indicates that this is going to spread rapidly throughout the population over the coming weeks and months.

As a business we have been preparing for this outcome and have plans in place to be able to operate throughout this period, which include clear policies for our team members, working practices, remote working and lines of communication.

For the most part we sincerely hope that all of our clients and team members remain unaffected, but sadly this is highly unlikely. Specifically we expect to experience some or all of the following as possibilities:

It is fully expected property sales will reduce, buyer interest will slow down and times will get hard.
